Please read these Terms carefully before using GridVisio. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
"GridVisio", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the GridVisio platform.
"Service" refers to the GridVisio web application, APIs, and related services available at gridvisio.com and its subdomains.
"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account or uses the Service.
"Subscriber Data" refers to any data, content, or information you upload, import, or create within the Service, including network topology data, subscriber records, and geographic information.
"Plan" refers to the subscription tier (Free, Starter, or Pro) governing your access to features and usage limits.
GridVisio is a coverage mapping and network planning platform designed for Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) and network operators. The Service provides tools for visualizing network coverage, managing subscriber data, performing geographic analysis, and generating reports.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Different Plans offer different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Plan features and limits with reasonable notice.
To use the Service you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You may not create accounts for the purpose of automated data collection, competitive analysis of our platform, or any other purpose that violates these Terms.
Paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Plan details, pricing, and feature limits are available at gridvisio.com/pricing.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access until the end of the paid year. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure attributable to us.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a 5-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is retained during this period.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal after the notice period. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Starter-level access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account automatically converts to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial usage limits and features are subject to change.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all Subscriber Data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your Subscriber Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your data for any other purpose, including advertising or sale to third parties.
You may export your data at any time using the export tools provided in the Service. Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all data you upload to the Service. GridVisio makes no representations about the accuracy of coverage calculations, geographic analyses, or other outputs derived from your data.
The Service, including its software, algorithms, user interface, visual design, and documentation, is owned by GridVisio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to GridVisio's intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
GridVisio is committed to the security and availability of the Service. We employ the following measures:
Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that the Service will be free from unauthorized access, data loss, corruption, or interruption. We will notify affected users of any confirmed data breach in accordance with applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
Coverage calculations and geographic analyses provided by the Service are estimations based on the data you provide and simplified propagation models. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for regulatory submissions, investment decisions, or engineering designs without independent verification.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRIDVISIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
In any case, GridVisio's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to GridVisio in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GridVisio and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you have an account with us.
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees after the grace period, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate the Service entirely with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that reduce functionality on your current Plan, we will provide at least 14 days' notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
